  • Authentication: We guarantee that every item sold on our platform is 100% authentic. Our experts utilize a multi-point inspection process to ensure the integrity of our inventory.

  • Condition: Since we sell vintage and pre-owned items, the "condition" of a product is subjective. We provide high-resolution photos and detailed descriptions. It is the buyer's responsibility to review these materials carefully before purchase.

  • Vault Storage: Our inventory is kept in international climate-controlled vaults in Japan and Hong Kong to ensure preservation. Shipping times may reflect this international transit.

SECTION 3 - NO AFFILIATION (TRADEMARK DISCLAIMER)

RELUXE LINK LLC is an independent dealer and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected to the brands we sell (including but not limited to Chanel, Louis Vuitton, Hermes, Goyard, etc.) or any of their subsidiaries. All trademarks and brand names mentioned are the property of their respective owners.

SECTION 4 - ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. This may include orders that appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you via the email provided.

SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND TAXES

As a Texas-based LLC, we comply with all US tax regulations. For items shipped from our international vaults, the buyer may be responsible for applicable customs duties or import taxes, unless otherwise stated at checkout.

SECTION 6 - LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

RELUXE LINK shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or the purchase of any product. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the specific item involved in a claim.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States.
