Shipping & Returns^

Orders are authenticated, inspected, securely packed, and handed to the carrier within 1 business day after order confirmation.

Free standard shipping is available for United States orders, with estimated delivery in 5-7 business days after order confirmation.

Orders may ship from the United States, mainland China, or Hong Kong, depending on where the item is held when the order is fulfilled. The dispatch location cannot be guaranteed before purchase. Our Texas registered business address is also used for some shipments and approved returns; it does not mean every order ships from the United States.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, fit, color preference, or buyer's remorse. For wrong items, material listing discrepancies, transit damage, or authenticity concerns, contact service@luxelk.com within 48 hours of delivery for review. LUXE LINK pays the return shipping cost for approved responsibility claims. Approved refunds are initiated within 3 business days after the returned item arrives. Statutory rights and the separate 3x Authenticity Guarantee are not limited by this reporting window.
