Items identified as final sale cannot be returned for a change of mind, except where required by law. Any item-specific return terms are displayed on the product page or during checkout.

Return and Refund Policy
Each authenticated pre-owned item is unique and condition-specific. Return eligibility is based on the product and order terms presented before checkout, together with any rights that apply under law.
Requesting A Return
Contact concierge@luxelk.com before sending an item back. Include the order number, reason for the request, and clear photographs when the item is damaged or differs from the listing.
Returned Item Condition
An approved return must be sent back in the same condition in which it was received, with all tags, security devices, and listed accessories intact. Returns are inspected before a refund is approved.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection. Original shipping, return shipping, duties, and taxes are refundable only where stated in the order terms or required by law.
