All sales are final. Because each authenticated pre-owned luxury item is unique and condition-specific, LUXE LINK does not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, fit, color preference, or buyer's remorse.
Final Sale Policy
We do not accept returns or exchanges. Please review all product photographs, condition notes, measurements, included accessories, and order details before checkout.
Items Not As Described
If an item arrives materially different from the listing or is damaged in transit, contact service@luxelk.com promptly with the order number and clear photographs. We will review the claim under applicable law and the order terms.
Authenticity Guarantee
The final-sale policy does not limit the separate LUXE LINK 3x Authenticity Guarantee. If you believe an item is not authentic, contact service@luxelk.com with the order details and supporting evidence so the claim can be reviewed under the guarantee terms.
